Chili Update

ok… mad3e several changes to the chili. Up to 3 lbs of meat now. Beef and pork. Takes about 3 hours to make. Added some “filler” and down to 1 bottle of beer. I am not using shiner anymore, it was too sweet. Guinness was the wrong flavor. Lots of changes. Partly due to what is available in the market. It’s all about taking time and doing it the right way.
