nmap-diff 1.3 released

so after fixing the stupid flub this morning I added a simple web interface to nmap-diff.  It allows you to specify the base date, scan date and an IP or partial IP to search for.  The IP chould be in the format xxx.xxx, xxx.xxx.xxx or a full IPv4 IP.  None of my scripts support IPv6 as of yet.  Have not seen a reason to add it yet.  Base dat is the date of the original scan, scan date is the date you want to compare it against.  By default the scan date is today and the base date is yesterday.
